How the first conversation works.

The discovery call is genuinely a discovery call. We're not selling on it. We're confirming fit — for you and for us — and identifying the right entry point if there is one.

  1. You send the form

  2. We respond inside 48 business hours

    Usually inside 24. A short fit assessment, candid about whether we think we're the right firm. A scheduling link if it makes sense to keep going.

  3. 30-minute discovery call

    Both partners on. You walk us through the business and the question. We tell you whether we think we can help, what we'd recommend as the entry point, and what it would cost.

  4. If it's a fit, written proposal

    Inside one week of the discovery call. Plain-English engagement letter, fixed scope, fixed fee, fixed timeline. No legal-language theatrics.

  5. If it's not a fit, we say so

    And we try to point you to someone who is. A discovery call ending in "we don't think we're right for this" is a healthy outcome.
