The 30-Day Diagnostic is the front door. Most clients come here first. The structure of the engagement — fixed scope, fixed timeline, plain-English engagement letter before signature — is the trust-building event that earns the right to do everything else. The optional 90-Day Capture Engagement is Phase 2 — execution against the top 3–5 opportunities surfaced in the diagnostic scorecard.

How services sequence

The diagnostic comes first. Almost always.

We don't sell engagement bundles. The diagnostic produces the recommendation, the recommendation produces the engagements, in the order they're needed.

  1. Most engagements start here

    The 30-day diagnostic. It's the lowest-risk way to find out whether Carbacio Group is going to be useful to your business — and if we're not, we'll say so by week three, not at the end.

  2. Specific point engagements

    If you already know the problem — you need a Service Manager search, you need an AI SEO program, you need a scorecard built — engage that specialty directly. Discovery call still applies.

  3. Sequenced multi-engagement work

    Most clients eventually engage in two or three specialties over 12–24 months. The diagnostic produces the roadmap; the firm executes the roadmap. We won't sequence work that doesn't make sense just to fill capacity.

  4. Retained advisory

    For long-term relationships where the operator wants the partners in their loop on an ongoing basis — proposed at engagement-end when it's appropriate. Not the default.
